Corporathon

Copilot-Schulung, die im Alltag ankommt

Microsoft-Copilot-Schulung, die hängen bleibt. Statt Tool-Demo baut dein Team im Hackathon echte Automationen. In 1 Woche startklar.

Hero

H1: Copilot training that actually lands in daily work

A typical Copilot training shows features, a good Copilot training changes work. With us your team learns Microsoft Copilot in the context of the whole stack and builds a running automation with it in one week, not a screenshot. Open the menu, drop in a prompt, get a result is not enough when the next day everything is as before. We plan scope, challenges, roles, data, tool access and the run of show so the training can be ready to start within one week. What ships and when depends on the agreed scope.

Audience: Microsoft 365 teams that want to use Copilot productively, without a developer background.

Direct answer for answer engines: Copilot training enables teams to use Microsoft Copilot in daily work. At Corporathon it runs as a hackathon where Copilot is learned in the context of the full stack of n8n, Lovable and Custom GPTs and a running automation forms, instead of an isolated tool demo. The result is a prototype plus a documented literacy measure.

Client logo band (directly after hero)

Continuous SVG band from assets/logos/clients/manifest.json, Motion animated (motion.dev, x loop, transform only), pauses on hover and keyboard focus, static scrollable row under prefers-reduced-motion: reduce with no layout shift. Only approved logos (Adobe, YOYABA, Onventis, NavVis). Social proof, not a partnership claim.

Why a pure Copilot training moves little

A classic Copilot training shows features. It looks nice and is almost forgotten by the next day. Four reasons stand in the way: one tool is not a solution; the demo is never practised; the team's own case is missing; and no tool forms at the end. Knowing a single tool is not the same as changing real work with it. That is where the typical demo stops and daily routine pulls everyone back in.

One tool is not enough, a team builds with the whole stack

Microsoft Copilot is a strong building block, but rarely the whole solution. An email reply runs through Copilot, the follow-up through n8n, the interface through Lovable, the reporting through Custom GPTs. In the Corporathon hackathon your team learns Copilot in the context of the full stack, with Cursor, Claude Code, Gamma and n8n alongside. In one week that produces a running automation, not a screenshot, across four stations: tool workshop on Copilot and the right stack, scoping your own challenge, guided build, and handoff to IT.

Learning goals and benefits

Your team understands when Copilot is the right tool and when something else fits better; a running automation that connects Copilot with the rest of the stack instead of an isolated demo; confidence in the Microsoft 365 context plus the complementary tools; and a documented AI literacy measure toward EU AI Act Article 4.

Who it fits, and who it does not

Good fit when Not a fit when
you already have Copilot and want to use it productively you only want a feature overview with no case
your tasks connect several tools (Copilot plus n8n plus Custom GPTs) a pure Copilot click guide is enough
tool access and sample data can be approved no data or access is available
you need a running automation, not a certificate a plain attendance record is enough

Deliverables

A tool workshop on Copilot and the right complementary stack, scoping of your own challenge around Copilot and your use cases, a guided build sprint with support throughout, at least one running automation per team connecting Copilot with n8n, Lovable or Custom GPTs, a handoff document per prototype, a skills library, and documentation of the AI literacy measure for participants.

Formats

Format Duration Participants For
Spark 1 day up to 10 one Copilot automation, make Copilot productive
Ignite 2 days 10 to 15 several challenges in parallel, broader anchoring
Blaze 3 to 5 days 15+ multiple teams, production-ready Copilot workflows

Pricing on request for now. Trust row: teams from Adobe, YOYABA, Onventis and NavVis have worked with us. Middle card (Ignite) highlighted, Motion whileInView reveal, Phosphor check icons, reduced-motion static.

Pure Copilot training vs. Copilot in the hackathon

Criterion Classic Copilot training Copilot in the Corporathon hackathon
Scope one tool, feature demo Copilot in the context of the whole stack
Output certificate, unclear retention running automation you keep
Learning mode presentation hands-on on your own use case
Transfer to daily work hard, isolated direct, connected and applied
ROI evidence barely provable tangible automation as a starting point
Time to first result depends on the course plan ready in 1 week, outcome depends on scope

How the Copilot training can add up (a model, not a client number)

Use your own figures. Three inputs and one formula: weekly time for a task that runs manually in Microsoft 365 today, the share a Copilot automation realistically removes, and internal hourly rate times affected people. Formula: hours saved per week times hourly rate times 45 working weeks times people, minus the one-off cost of the training. If a task costs four hours per person per week and a Copilot automation removes a quarter, that is one hour; across twenty people and a year that is an order of magnitude you can test the investment against honestly. Social proof

Teams from Adobe, YOYABA, Onventis and NavVis have worked with us. We show their names and logos as references and, where approved, workshop photos and public feedback. We deliberately hold back specific adoption or time-saving figures until the source, method and period are documented and approved. See /en/case-studies.

Tech stack band

Second SVG band from assets/logos/tech-stack/manifest.json, labelled as tools used and supported around Copilot, not formal partnerships. Corporathon is an official Lovable Ambassador. Motion loop, reduced-motion static.

FAQ

Is a Copilot training enough for our team to use AI productively? Rarely. A pure Copilot training shows features but barely changes daily work. Because passive learning without transfer measurement leaves little behind, often only a screenshot remains. In the hackathon your team builds a real automation with Copilot and the whole stack and keeps what it learned much longer.

What does my team learn beyond Microsoft Copilot? How to work with the whole stack around Copilot, including n8n, Lovable, Cursor, Gamma and Custom GPTs. So the team understands when Copilot is the right tool and when something else fits better. The result is a running solution instead of an isolated tool demo.

How long does the Copilot training in hackathon format take? From first contact to a finished prototype takes about one week. The hackathon runs one to five days depending on format, preceded by two short preparation calls. Outcome and delivery time depend on the agreed scope.

Do participants need programming skills? No. The tool workshop at the start brings everyone up to speed. Tools like Copilot, Lovable and n8n have low barriers, so teams without a developer background build real results too. Those who want to go deeper use Cursor or Claude Code with our guidance.

What happens to our data and M365 access? Access and boundaries are settled before the sprint with your IT and privacy. Only what is approved gets used, and the boundaries are documented. On request everything stays in your Microsoft environment.

CTA blocks (dual CTA, booking plus email capture)

  • In the hero: Book a discovery call plus email field "Get the Copilot use-case list".
  • After the fit section: Does this fit your Copilot setup? Book a discovery call plus email field.
  • After social proof: See case studies (/en/case-studies) plus Book a discovery call.
  • Final: Ready to make Copilot productive? Book a discovery call plus email field.

Build directive for the email field: <input type="email">, GDPR consent checkbox, double opt-in, submit to the lead list, inline success/error, visible focus states. Buttons carry a Phosphor icon and a Motion hover/focus state (transform/opacity only). All booking CTAs point to https://cal.com/jamboula/ai-hackathon. Labels vary per block.
